無花果馬蹄瘦肉湯

無花果滋潤能潤肺利咽。
材料 無花果6粒 馬蹄6粒 瘦肉半斤
做法
  1. 無花果洗淨,馬蹄去皮洗淨。
  2. 瘦肉出水。
  3. 將全部材料放入煲內,加水煮約3小時即成。
