牛蒡甘筍無花果湯

牛蒡含多種有機酸,對胃癌有一定治療作用
材料 牛蒡4兩 甘筍1個 無花果6粒
瘦肉6兩  
做法
  1. 牛蒡去皮,切片後迅即放入淡鹽水中。
  2. 甘筍去皮,切塊。
  3. 瘦肉洗淨切片。
  4. 將全部材料放入煲內,加水煮約2-3小時即成。
