木瓜花生章魚湯

材料 熟木瓜1個 章魚2-3隻 瘦肉半斤
  花生2湯匙 陳皮1/4個  
做法
  1. 章魚、花生洗淨
  2. 木瓜去皮、去囊,切大件
  3. 陳皮以熱水浸片刻,去囊
  4. 瘦肉出水
  5. 將所有材料放入煲內,以慢火煲3小時即成,下鹽調味
