黑豆章魚湯

章魚催乳,黑豆補血,對女士非常適合,有人喜歡加入蓮藕,但本身底子燥熱,少吃為妙。黑豆必須用白鑊炒香才可用。通常一次過炒半斤或一斤,待涼後放在樽內。
材料 黑豆2湯匙 章魚2-3隻 瘦肉半斤
  紅棗/南棗8粒 陳皮1/4個  
做法
  1. 炒香黑豆
  2. 章魚、紅棗/南棗洗淨
  3. 陳皮以熱水浸片刻,去囊
  4. 瘦肉出水
  5. 將所有材料放入煲內,以慢火煲3小時即成,下鹽調味
