白果腐竹豬肚湯

愛喝豬肚湯但怕胡椒辣的,可試試這個湯,簡單易做。想加添鮮味,可加入排骨或豬展。
材料 去殼白果10-12粒 生,熟薏米1兩 腐竹2片
  豬肚1個 薑2片  
做法
  1. 豬肚切去肥油,用生粉、鹽洗幾次,切粗條飛水
  2. 薑放入白鑊煎豬肚片刻,備用。
  3. 將所有材料放入煲內,以慢火煲2-3小時即成,下鹽調味
