香煎豆腐餅

材料 軟豆腐一盒 冬菇4隻 芫茜少許
燕麥糠一碗

(我用日本飯碗)

蠔油 鹽、胡椒粉、糖
做法
  1. 軟豆腐攪碎,榨乾水份
  2. 冬菇浸軟切粒,以少許糖、油醃一會
  3. 芫茜切碎
  4. 將軟豆腐、冬菇粒、芫茜攪拌,加入鹽、胡椒粉調味,
  5. 加入燕麥糠再攪拌
  6. 將豆腐分小份,用手輕壓成圓形,用慢火煎兩邊成金黄色。其實可用紅椒絲、紅蘿蔔絲等等都可以。
  7. 另上汁。汁可用蠔油少許加少許糖、水以慢火略煮做。用雞醬(即食泰國鳳爪那種)更美好味。
