綠茶波

材料:
低筋麵粉 115g 無鹽牛油 60g
糖               25g 綠茶粉       5g
鹽               少量    
做法:
1. 牛油溶解,加入糖拌勻
2. 綠茶粉、鹽、麵粉篩好,加入牛油溶液內
3. 將粉團搓好,再搓成湯圓般大小
4. 預熱焗爐,用180度焗9-10分鐘,再轉用120度焗9-10分鐘
註:
綠茶粉每種也不同,以往用日本綠茶粉可用5-8g,現在用台灣綠茶粉只可用5g,否則太濃味及波波球太綠色,不夠吸引。
