<li>將軟豆腐、冬菇粒、芫茜攪拌，加入鹽、胡椒粉調味，</li>
<li>加入燕麥糠再攪拌</li>
<li>將豆腐分小份，用手輕壓成圓形，用慢火煎兩邊成金黄色。其實可用紅椒絲、紅蘿蔔絲等等都可以。</li>

<td width="565" valign="top"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">蛋糕底</span></p>
<ol>
<li>蛋糕模鋪上牛油紙， 預熱焗爐180度</li>
<li>將雞蛋， 砂糖放在一起， 並用攪拌機打至奶白色，並至杰狀態</li>
<li>慢慢加入已篩過的低筋麵粉， 加入菜油再拌勻</li>
<li>倒入模， 用攝氏180度底面火焗約15-20分鐘，待涼</li>
<li>切去蛋糕表面，蛋糕收邊備用</li>
</ol>
<p><span style="text-decoration:underline;">餅底</span></p>
<ol>
<li>先將消化餅弄成小塊， 放入密實袋內， 用木棍壓碎</li>
<li>將座溶牛油和餅碎混合， 倒進已放牛油紙的餅模內舖平，用匙羹壓好</li>
</ol>
<p><span style="text-decoration:underline;">芒果慕絲</span></p>
<ol>
<li>魚膠粉極少水拌勻， 用熱水座溶</li>
<li>將Mascarpone Cheese用攪拌機打起， 加入砂糖再打至白色。待沒有糖粒後，加入蛋黃，再打起備用。蛋分2-3次加入，要確保每次混合好才加第二次</li>
<li>將whipping cream打起， 分2-3次加入芝士漿內，再放芒果茸、 Rum酒、檸檬皮茸、檸檬汁，再加魚膠水入芝士漿內用反叠式(fold in)攪勻.</li>
<li>用膠刮抹平餅面後， 放入雪櫃冷藏2小時</li>
</ol>

<li>加上士多啤梨、藍莓等裝飾即成</li>
